This Dac is in excellent shape I am rating it 8/10 cosmetically.  The only flaw is in the touch screen which has two horizontal lines running across it. (See Picture)  The unit can be refurbished by PS Audio for $250 plus shipping.  You just call or email them with the serial# and request an RMA # and tell them that you want to refurbish the unit.  You then ship ti to them. When they refurbish the unit they will do a thorough inspection of all parts in and out and replace any that are not looking or operating as new. They will also give you a one year warranty on the unit. PS Audio is now using a different display (The same display used in the Directstream DAC) So for my asking price plus $250 and shipping you can have what is essentially a new dac.On the other hand, the DAC sounds great and works great minus the two lines on the display so you really don't need to do anything if the lines don't bother you.  I left the option open for you to do as you feel most comfortable.  Thanks for looking
This is a PS Audio Perfectwave Dac MK II.  This was a PWD MK I that I upgraded to MKII.  Originally purchased in December of 2012, I upgraded it in 2013.  It is in very good shape.  Has been in my dedicated equipment rack in a smoke free home.  Cosmetically it is a 8/10 very little wear anywhere.  I am selling as I have bought the new Directstream dac. Incidentally  If you would like to get the Directstream DAC at some point, PS Audio will give you $2000 trade in for this DAC. It will be shipped in the original double boxes that it came in. Includes the SD card that is used to update/ change the firmware, remote which is unused and includes the batteries as well as the power cord that came with it.  You even get the white gloves that they shipped with the unit No shipping or fees at my asking priice. any questions can be forwarded to this Ad.
