S/n Q002108 - I do not know its actual age. Introduced 1993, retail price was $1,700. Functionally perfect, very good cosmetically. Philips CDM-9 transport mechanism, 18-bit delta-sigma d/a converter, 64x oversampling. Very well made; gorgeous finish, simple layout, and great sound. Smooth presentation; the timbre is true to the instruments being presented, with excellent treble, lush mid-range, and tight, clean bass - a natural, unexaggerated sound. Shipping in original box.
