Dynaudio Contour S1.4 Limited Edition - Bubinga Gloss Laquer Finish - Stands Included - Near Mint

Dynaudio Contour S1.4 Limited Edition speakers for sale, in the stunning Bubinga Gloss Laquer finish (MSRP $3950 pair). The teardrop shaped Dynaudio Stand-6 speaker stands are included in this purchase (High Gloss Black, MSRP $500 pair), as well as the matching gloss black Contour Adapter Plates which are the correct way to attach this speaker to the stand (MSRP $65 pair).

They are in mint condition other than being several months older than the requirement for a true Mint rating. I am the original owner and purchased them brand new from an authorized US dealer on 4-1-2016. They have around 40 hours of playing time on them, and have not reached the dealer-recommended minimum of 50 hours before playing louder, so they have been very well cared for. My room requires larger speakers, so I'm now using floorstanders.

The Limited Edition has an improved tweeter coating, redesigned crossover with upgraded components, upgraded wiring, and increased cabinet bracing.

All factory packaging and accessories are included (grills, owners manual, foam plugs, spikes for the stands, and spikes with dimple plates for the speakers if sitting on a bookcase).

Local audition and pickup is available, and I will ship via FedEx Ground within the lower-48 states. Each speaker is packaged in a separate factory double-box, and the stands with adapter plates are in a third double-box. I received them from a US dealer from another state via FedEx, and they arrived with no issues. I will only ship to the address listed on the PayPal account, in order to receive PayPal's shipping and financial protection (no exceptions with this sale). I will cover the PayPal fee, and any additional shipping costs.

Speakers will remain set up in my home until they have been sold, in order to allow local auditions. If non-local purchase, please allow me an evening or two to carefully disassemble and package. The stands are currently filled with pure silica sand, as recommended by the dealer, and will be emptied prior to packaging.
