Balanced Audio Technology VK-D5SE w/ Super PAK.  (NOT VK-33 . Audiogon input problem).
In excellent condition , performs flawlessly.
Comes with remote, manual, and original box.
Rated 8/10 because its 9 yrs old.
Very clean, no marks. Very well cared for.
Retail was $8,500 w/ Super PAK.

This CD player  was THE Demo CD player for Balanced Audio Technology
at several audio shows in 2009. It was optimized by Victor, the designer.
He installed the Super PAK (8 very large Jensen capacitors) in this CD player for those audio shows in 2009.
It was then sold to me through Upscale Audio, an authorized BAT dealer.
This is BATs best CD player they ever produced.

I
have used this CD player as my second unit because most of the CDs I
listen to are SACD. So there are very few hours on these tubs, even
after 9 yrs of use.

This D5SE was designed and optimized for CD decoding ONLY.
