This VAC Phi-200 Stereo amp is as mint as any that I have seen. ( A 9+) It obviously has been lightly and very carefully used. It has the optional silver face plate with a gorgeous metallic finish. This is the most potent and musical 110 wpc that I have used. I have owned almost 2 dozen top tubed amps. Output taps are for 2, 4 or 8 ohms. If you already own a Phi-200, they can be combined as full monos, which are regarded as one of the truly ultimate amps in any system. Of course the Phi-200 enjoys most of the great components from the superb Phi-300.1 in a more simplified design. Some tube lovers prefer an amp with fewer output tubes as a more pure approach. The Kt-88's are regarded as a sweet spot for power tubes. It also uses 6sn7's drivers for a full bodied presentation.  Included in this sale are the original VAC supplied tubes and a low hour replacement tube set from VAC. The VAC tested and sourced replacement set are Gold Lion kt-88's and new production Tungsols.
