ATI AT-1505 5 Channel Audiophile Power Amp-Excellent Condition-150W RMS

Offered here is the ATI AT1505 5 Channel Power

Amplifier made in the U.S.A. and in excellent working condition.

This unit was used in a Home Theater System and was rarely used for
other than an occasional weekend movie. Ran B&W Nautilus speaker
system and it had great sound. I moved and can no

longer keep a large system. Any flaws are minor. The pictures

are accurate as to what you'll get. ATI amplifiers are a step above the

rest, the power rating of 150W per channel at 8 ohms all channels driven at
once

is "extremely" under rated and modest. These units are built like

tanks and weigh in at about 80 lbs.

Designed by legendary amplifier designer Morris Kessler,

ATI’s 1505 is conservatively rated at 150 watts RMS into 8 ohms from 20 Hz to

20 kHz with less than 0.03% THD and IMD. Signal to noise ratio exceeds 120 dB

at full rated output which is why audiophiles consider ATI amps to be dead

silent during use.

Massive toroidal transformer with separate bi-filer widings

for each channel, Each channel is a complete mono block design with large heat

sinks (426 sq. inches/channel) to insure cool running without mechanical fans,

Each channel has capacitors totalling 20,000 microfarads for substantial

reserve power, Circuit boards are doubled sided, Mil-Spec FR-4 Glass Epoxy,

Heavy 13 Gauge steel chassis with powder coating and stainless steel screws.

This unit is almost 80Lbs and packaging has to be extra

strong. Total shipping weight will be around 90Lbs. Shipping and packaging
