As you can see this is a all "Red" ST-70 Dynaco power amp.....It is 35 watts per channel, it has all High Quality parts including all new EL34 Mullard re-issue tubes, new old stock 7199 drivers and a new 5R4 rectifier, paper and oil coupling caps, Cardas connectors, IEC a/c connector...........All stain-less steel fasteners..........I didn't leave anything out............Of course you can Bias this amp anytime with the up front meter.......Questions ?? call Will Vincent 1-208-791-0805
