PranaFidelity Bhava 2-way symmetrical loudspeaker

The PranaFidelity Bhavas are a step up from the award winning (and still available) model Fifty90s.

Like the model Fifty90’s, the Bhavas are at the same time richly musical loudspeakers, yet revealing of even the most resolving and expensive state-of-the-art equipment preceding them in the system.

That said, a friend recently brought over his newly designed class ab integrated amplifier boasting all of 12 watts—modestly priced at less than $2K—and we listened to it do an impressive job of bringing to life both the Bhavas and their larger siblings, the Vayus, 

Differentiated from the Fifty90’s by their 8 sided cabinet design, the Bhava's use of select, US manufactured cabinet materials, crossover upgrades, and optimization of acoustic treatment materials results in a more refined, yet dynamic sound. 

The 30mm tweeters incorporate dual neodymium magnets and closed rear chamber damping for textbook linearity.

The dual 152.4mm woofers are long throw, with moderately compliant suspensions and large motor structures for excellent micro dynamics (high Qms), low distortion, and extended bass response.

All components (crossovers and drivers) are matched to a better than 1% tolerance.

The cabinet finish is a PPG 2-stage (base coat/clear coat) BMW mineral gray metallic (paint code: 934527).

The discounted price reflects minor finish imperfections--undetectable from a seated listening position.  (The color tone variations seen in the photos are light related.)

Although a b-stock item (due only to finish imperfections) the speakers include the full, 3-year manufacturer warranty.
