RARE Vintage Hi-Fi Jensen 1200-XL speakers

This listing is for a great sounding pair of vintage Jensen speakers in the even more rare Mediterranean cabinet. The 1200 is the top of the line model in the XL series that were released in the late ’60’s.   

The Jensen 1200-XL is a 4 way speaker equipped with:
4 x P15LF 15 inch woofers,                                                                                                           1 x XP102 mid-range horn,                                                                                                                        1 x PR302A tweeter horn,                                                                                                              1 X E1000 super tweeter    
 
Approximate Physical dimensions:                                                                                               81 x 104 x 60 cm and weigh 102 Kg each,                                                                                       31 x 41 x 23.5 inches and weigh 225 lbs each


Description:      Tested and all drivers are working properly. I cleaned the crossover pots with Deoxit. This set has the more rare Mediterranean cabinet. There are some scratches and some areas of fading, so please see pictures, additional pictures can also be sent.    
The Mediterranean style uses a select pecan with textured grill fabric highlighted by screened patterns.   
Note: One Logo Name Plate is missing from the front of one speaker cabinet.
This set also includes a CUSTOM rear wood cover for each that was apparently made so they could be viewed from the back. It gives the speakers a finished look and hides the rear documentation when in place.


Regarding Condition Rating: I have rated it a 7 based on vintage condition. The AudioGon ratings are more appropriate for much newer gear.
