The Groove+ is a legendary phono stage that has been in production for many years. The SRX MKII is the highest level upgrade which puts it just one level below the $23K flagship MasterGroove Mkll.

I have owned several phono stages and this is truly one of the two best: It certainly surpasses all my previous phono stages such as Pass Xono, Vacuum State JLTI, Wright Sound, Shindo Giscours and Monbrison, Cyrus Phono Signature, as well as many others I heard (Audio Flight, Aesthetix, Audio Research). I have a much more expensive Accuphase that runs as main phono in my full Accuphase system.

"I used the Groove+ with a variety of moving coils including a Rega Aphelion, Audio Technica ART1000 and Transfiguration Proteus and got superb results with all of them...The Groove+ has very little in the way of audible character which is presumably why you can hear so much detail through it, .... if it were a TV it would be in the 10K league .... What you don’t get is any thickening of the sound, some designers tune their products to have a slightly warmer sound in order perhaps to make less revealing systems sound more luxurious. But if you want to hear more of the music and less of the equipment then a totally neutral balance is the only way to go and this is very much the case here."
