VPI Industries HW-19 mkIV

This is the classic original VPI turntable, the one all the others arose from.  I have made several updates that truly takes this great turntable to another level.  I have upgraded to the aluminum platter and bearing, a stainless steel tonearm board and a Zorin unipivot tonearm that is far better than anything in its price range.   You will also get the Star Sound footers and decoupling discs which are far superior to the standard footers ( I no longer have the original footers).  I will include the original platter, bearing and tonearm board. The cartridge seen is NOT for sale.  For an additional $200.00 I will include the Pro-Ject speed box which makes changing speeds as simple as a press of the button and makes the speed more accurate than the motor alone.   

The price is firm and totally fair for what is offered, so do not ask if I wold take a lower price. This price is less than the cost of the upgrades.  I can comfortably say that for the offered price there is nothing on this site or any other site that will compete.
   
As you can see from the photos this unit is in very good shape except for the obligatory swirl marks on the cover with a very small crack on the front right side.  
 
I do not have the original box so local pick-up/delivery is preferred but if that is not to be I will have this expertly packaged.   
  
Buyer is responsible for the total cost of shipping and if using Paypal will need to add 3% to the purchase price.
