Bought new about 6 years ago. It has lived on my Linn LP12/Ittok since I got it. I play vinyl about 75 hours a year, so I'd estimate this has between 450 to 500 hours. I rated it as Excellent, but perhaps it's Very Good due to the hours? Dunno. It's in perfect shape.
Includes original box, paperwork and mounting screws/washers.
