This is a Audio-GD Digital Interface DI-2014 with upgraded TXCO clock and HDMI-IS2 output. I bought this as a new unit from an Audiogon member in January, 2015 and have never used it. I was going to input USB to my K&K Audio HDMI input DAC, but sold the DAC soon afterwards. I've rated it 9/10 as I have taken it out of its original box, which I no longer have.
