| I am building a home theater in my retirement home and want this to be the last pre/pro I ever buy. I had purchased a Classe SSP-800 for the project 18 -24 months ago but it is out of date now and will be used in the living room 5.1 system where I am less concerned about fidelity and a true theater experience but I am traditionally a 2 channel man. This unit seems to be the bees knees of A/V pro units for home.
Can you refer me to any professional reviews on this for 2 channel?

These certainly are the bees knees. I’m sure you are expecting a world class movie experience from this thing, which you will definitely experience, but you are going to be as surprised as I was with its audiophile abilities.
I apologize, I honestly don’t keep up with reviews. I audition every component that I select for myself and my clients, because I don’t hold the same weight in the reviewer’s write up as I do my own.
You can google and read any Datasat review. What I mean is, the RS20i and the LS10 are exactly the same. The RS20 has some expandability that is limited on the LS10, but since there are more reviews on the 20, don’t shy away from them.
Naturally, if there is any doubt, Datasat can confirm that they are the same.
There is one thing to note: this really is unlike anything else you’ve heard. I love all of the high end electronics manufacturers, but not a one of them is remotely in the same league as this one for movies. There really are no words to describe the breadth of the difference in sound quality difference and the realism the Datasat conveys.
