I bought this brand new, sealed Mac Mini on January 29th, 2018. It was sort of a Mac Mini unicorn....
2012 Mac Mini 2012 i7 2.6GHz Quad Core 16GB RAM w/ Uptone MMK DC Mod - OWC 250GB SSD and 2TB SSD
I installed OWC 16GB RAM, OWC 250GB SSD, OWC 2TB SSD and Uptone Mac Mini DC-Conversion / Linear Fan Controller Kit (MMK).
It is currently running OSX Yosemite.
The Mac Mini is in absolutely flawless condition. There are no scratches, scuffs, nicks or any marks on the unit. It is 10/10.
In the end I am just not an Apple person. It has had minimal use as a Roon Core.

OWC 16GB RAM: 140.00 Lifetime Warranty
Samsung Evo 850 250GB 120.00 5 Year Warranty

You will have to provide your own power supply. Although I do have the original power module that was removed when the Uptone MMK was installed.
So opening a new Mac Mini was like driving a new car off a new car dealers lot.
I will let it go for 1500.00. It will sit for a while before I drop the price....as in I am not in any hurry.

| Which are the SSD and RAM models installed by you in the Mac?
Which guarantee do they have? I bought the RAM and SSDs from OWC. They have a lifetime warranty that is transferable. The original owner gets the Advanced Lifetime Warranty compared to a transferred to different owner warranty gets a Lifetime Warranty. I don't know what the difference is.
