Original owner. Purchased new from Stereo Exchange in NYC on 27 Mar 2012, invoice 70548. Gently used. Small ding on right side of enclosure (serial # ESM1078) was expertly repaired by my piano technician, who repairs piano dings for a local music shop. See picture with ruler, which was taken in sunlight from the least flattering angle to show repair. When viewed from other angles under interior lighting it is barely noticible. In fact, since the repair, I have not noticed it. Speakers sound amazing paired with a CJ Premier 11A. An SET VT52 amp (5W / channel) purchased late last year has necessitated the acquisition of new speakers. The home environment is non-smoking. Element Metal is a curent model. Skid plates, screws, jumpers and hex key will be shipped in a separate box as was done originally to protect the speakers. Totem Acoustic provides exemplary customer service, should it ever be needed.
