This is a one of a kind special edition MB100 Music Server made by McIntosh. It is been updated with guidance from McIntosh and their software for the following. Instead of the standard i3 processor it has been replaced with a much snappier i5 processor. The standard 4gb of ram was upgraded to Kingston Hyper X 16gb. Fastest ram available. The standard 1TB of storage onboard was upgraded to an enterprise grade Seagate drive with a whopping 10TB! You can see the storage available in the attached pictures. This did require software upgrade by McIntosh to allow the upgrade. Lastly, the onboard OS was replaced with a Samsung 128gb SSD drive instead of the standard Kingston. As you can see there was a lot of work and cost that has gone into this streamer. It is a complete music system for someone looking to store their files on. I am selling as I primarily use Roon now and everything is stored on my NAS. This could also serve as a NAS for someone looking for massive storage. Comes with two remotes as well.
