This unit was upgraded to gen2 status Oct. 2016 as well as upgraded tubes. I've since only used the unit maybe twice and just don't seem to find time for headphone listening over and above the two other stereo systems in use currently. I can provide the documentation to any serious buyer for the upgrade. Current tubes are EH 6C45Pi Gold Pin and Tung Sol 12AU7W. Also have the original Sovtek 6C45Pi tubes for the DAC.

| Does this have a dac??? Yes it has a DAC and that's really it's primary use. The DAC is the current mk2 version as shown on the Woo Audio site. |
| Excuse the question, but the Woo website appears to show the retail price for this model at $999.99. Am I mistaken, here?

The DAC with solid state PSU is $1k but adding the tube PSU increases the price by $600.
