ROTEL RCD-965 BX CLASSIC COMPACT DISC PLAYER

What is up for sale here is a classic Rotel CD Player Model RCD-965 BX

As the original owner, I purchased this player new, in the early 90s.

Since I have always had multiple stereo systems in different rooms for different purposes, this player has had light but consistent use throughout its life.

The condition of this player, especially considering its age, I would describe as very good. I am quite meticulous about things (my wife would say anal). Please see the photos. The player itself is Sonically perfect. Cosmetically, it appears perfect, with the exception of some fading in 4 spots on the top of the unit where the feet of another component sat.  No scratches, scuffs, dents, or physical damage.  The unit has never been dropped or mishandled and has always been kept in my climate controlled, non-smoking home.  Mechanically the unit one flaw, but otherwise appears perfect.  The CD drawer/tray is sometimes reluctant to open, and the button may need to be pushed more than once.  Then it opens and closes fine.

I still have the original owners manual, and may even have the original shipping carton from Rotel.
