This listing is for a seldom seen vintage McIntosh MC2120 stereo power amplifier. This item has been tested and is in 100% operational condition. Both channels are clean and clear with no hum, buzz, noise, or distortion. All switches and potentiometers are smooth and quiet.

I have been listening to this piece and find no faults. Music concert events and film soundtracks are reproduced with clarity and coherence that is only associated with finest equipment. Test system is Bryston BP26/MPS preamplifier and B&W 804 D3 loudspeakers.

Cosmetic condition is stellar on this piece. No dirt, no nicotine contamination, no corrosion. Transformer foil decals and all black painted surfaces including faceplate are beautiful. Chrome chassis is absolutely gorgeous with no flaws. The under chassis is clean with no burned or cracked components and both driver boards look like new. This example shows very little signs of wear for its age. If you are looking for a top notch MC2120 this example will meet or exceed your expectations. This will be packed into a new McIntosh factory carton for safe shipping.
