This means instead of a Joule top cab, its a Cirrus black, the highest level monitor that Vapor makes These Rall tweeters, unline the Joule are specifically built for Vapor and are exclusive to this brand. because the Cirrus is a full range monitor the crossover underneath the bottom cab optimizes it for midrange duty yet it still retains its full range ability when unplugged from the base and fed a full range signal. This means you have 2 speakers in one with this custom pair they may be used as a monitor with deep bass, or as a floorstander with amazing fleshed out midrange. So this is a sweet deal for anyone that does not mind some cosmetic blemishes. The crazy price is because some of the veneer has lifted a bit causing visual ripples, this can be fixed by any kitchen cabinet maker with a vacuum bagging machine. . There are some little nicks here and there but nothing glaring other than the veneer sag. Its worth the discount, believe me.
