PS Audio DirectStream DAC excellent condition

Selling an excellent-condition PS Audio DirectStream DAC. I bought this brand new from an authorized PS Audio dealer in February. This unit does not have the Bridge-II card.


The reputation of this DAC really precedes itself, but every major audio publication has raved about it nonstop, especially since it keeps getting better with each successive free firmware release that PS Audio puts out. It is currently a Stereophile Class A ranked component, and for good reason!

I hate to part with this DAC as it's the best I've owned among several others, but I'm downsizing to a simpler setup as I simply don't have enough time to spend listening these days. This wonderful DAC has the best tonal density and imaging of any I've had in my listening room, and it's not particularly close. It's uncanny how well it brings performers and instruments to life with such solidity. Because I've only had this unit for 6 months I've only ever heard it with the Red Cloud firmware, which it came with from the factory.


I am the original owner, and it will be packed in the original packaging and includes remote, power cable, manual, etc. This has only ever been used in a non-smoking and child-free household.
