Liberty Audio B2B-100 — Reviewers' Choice Award. Made in USA. Factory upgrades

The Liberty Audio B2B-100 is an excellent example of an audio product that sounds way above its price class. For the price I'm selling it, the value is off the charts. It is simply a brilliant amplifier. Grain-free, powerful, liquid, bass slam, airy, and gorgeous midrange. Just a touch of warmth, certainly not overly so (errs on the side of neutral) but does have a bit of sweet magic, definitely, esp in High Bias mode (see below).

Liberty Audio is by audio legend Peter Noerbaek who also owns/designs PBN and Montana speakers, as well as a higher-end line of electronics. The amp is very solidly built and 100% made in the USA — even its metal chassis is made in the states. 

It's rated at 110w/8 ohms and 200w/4 ohms. The Liberty has all the gravitas, power and clean sound one could ask for, even under heavy load at loud levels. One unique feature is its High/Low bias switch which allows the user to tailor the sound slightly (High bias uses more current and is more of a pure Class A sound, which I preferred). It's also bridgeable, should you wish to pick up a second B2B-100 down the road. As an added bonus, this unit has vastly superior WBT binding posts and Cardas XLR inputs. These were installed at the factory at the time of purchase. Lastly, it's a fully balanced design. You rarely find these type of high-end features on an amplifier at this price.

I'm selling because I've moved and my current living situation (for the foreseeable future) precludes me from setting up my stereo. Rather than just store it for who knows how long, I am putting it up for sale. The amp is in excellent condition, rated conservatively. Truthfully one of the best amps I've had in my system, and I've had many amps.
