I purchased this DAC from Benchmark online on 2/5/2018. It is in perfect condition but listing as 9/10 since it has been used. I am also selling the Benchmark AHB2 amp that is a perfect mate to this DAC. The DAC does not have the headphone amp. It has 2 analog inputs that sound rather good with my FM tuner. I used this DAC and amp in my office for the last 8 months for about 4 hours per day. It is nicely broken in.
I am selling because I will have an new integrated amp with built-in DAC, with more analog inputs, that duplicates what I have with the Benchmark gear.
I have original boxes and manual.
The photo of the top of the DAC is with the DAC residing on top of the amp (reason you see the fins).

I noticed I do not have the original power chord so I will include my Signal Cable cord that was using to power the DAC.
I can also accept a personal check after it clears or a certified check. YOU will have to cover PayPal if that is used. Please add 3%
I have sold the amp and only the DAC is left. I am lowering the price to clear out my stuff faster. Do not make any offer other than the price you see I have no time for back and forth on this one.
New blurb on Stereophile on the DAC3 + AHB2:
"The most notable aspect of Benchmark Media Systems' DAC3 HGC ($2195), which I favorably reviewed in the November 2017 Stereophile (footnote 1), is its low noise floor. John Atkinson's measurements corroborated Benchmark's claim that the DAC3 is capable of "at least" 21-bit performance. While significantly less than the theoretical potential of a 24-bit data format, 21 bits is still the state of the art, and corresponds to a dynamic range—the ratio of the highest achievable digital-domain volume to the DAC's internal noise—of 128dB. That's well above the dynamic range that most power amplifiers can achieve. A good-measuring high-end solid-state amplifier is likely to have a dynamic range—the highest attainable ratio of signal to noise—of about 100dB ref. its maximum power.
