This less than two year old turntable and matching Sperling tonearm are trade-ins. The original owner treated it like the high dollar instrument it is. Comes with two sets of platter inserts, one set wood and one set a composite material. There is one spot on the edge of the platter that shows some roughness. It is not a mark left by a drop, rather like the platter was not machined on the radius completely. I did not notice it until the owner pointed it out. The selling dealer said he would take care of it but nothing came of it. Of course this does not harm performance in any way. The included owner's manual is very complete and easy to understand.
Included is the nice aluminum shipping crate.
