"The first Blood, Sweat & Tears disc following the departure of lead singer David Clayton-Thomas and chief arrangers Dick Halligan and Fred Lipsius has its moments. The band vocals on "Touch Me" and the arrangement of Herbie Hancock's "Maiden Voyage" are among the highlights. Gerry Goffin and Carole King's "Snow Queen" almost makes up for it, with sensational solos from Dave Bargeron on trombone and Lou Marini on sax." - AMG.

Incredible detail. Instruments and vocals sound 'real' and 'alive' playing right in front of you. Extraordinary micro-detail. Imaging is almost 3-D with each voice/instrument defing it's own space. This pressing just sounds 'alive' - it's that good.
Surface noise is low-level and mostly between tracks with a few 'ticks' towards the end of Side 1.
