The fronts are ESS Amt 12 and LD 6 center channel. Terrific speakers. Finished in ebony veneer feature the amt (air motion transformer) and a 12 inch driver. Spectacular imaging and dynamic range. The passive radiator is turned to 24 he and helps provide deep bass.
The matching center features exotic satori mids and also the large heil. This is a upgrade beyond the standard version that can be purchased at ESS. The vocals are natural making dialogue realistic and improving intelligibility.
MSRP of the towers is 4500, the center goes for 1900. It is like buying the towers and getting the center channel free!!! The rears are 500.
The ESS speakers are brand new with warranty.
