Pass Labs XA 60.8

It is with much reluctance but I am listing my beloved Pass 60.8 amplifiers. I am moving and have to liquidate my system and this is one of my last pieces to sell. I have rated them 8/10 because after a careful inspection I see two slight blemishes (see photos) on one amp front that are barely visible. While they are slight I know we all care about how our equipment looks, and I don't want anyone being disappointed. I do have the original boxes and they will be packed carefully for shipping. I have been at this hobby for over 20 years, I've owned a lot of amps, many considered among the finest, and in all my years I have not heard a better sounding amplifier. They grab hold and take charge of any speaker, and make it disappear and sing like it has never sung before. But don't take my word for it go read the reviews like this one from Stereophile: When She Passes John Atkinson has heard vastly more amplifiers than I have, but in this conclusion I'll echo what he concluded about the XA60.5 monoblock. The Pass Laboratories XA60.8 monoblock is the best amplifier I've heard. What's more, for whatever reason, I didn't hear the single fault he identified in the XA60.5. So . . . is it love? I may be too old and crusty to fall in love—especially that new, fresh, giddy kind of love. And, given my lifelong infatuation with a certain delicate-voiced Brazilian girl, frozen in time at age 17, it seems especially unlikely that I'd fall in love with a pair of heavy, wide-bodied twins. Yet I find myself dreading the day, a week or so hence, when JA will double-park his wife's Land Cruiser outside my front door and haul these low-slung beauties away to his test bench.
