AudioQuest Redwood Speaker Cable - LIKE NEW - 9ft Pair.

Redwood Speaker cable with DBS System and Silver Spades on both
ends of the cable.  These were our demonstration pair in the store. 
We sent them directly back to Audioquest to re-terminate the ends because they
were fraying on the ends.  Audioquest put new spades on the cables
and we think new shells for the cables where the logo " Redwood" is
displayed.  We had them connected to one system for only 1-2 weeks.  

ERFECT-SURFACE COPPER+ / PERFECT-SURFACE SILVER: 

Redwood uses a carefully finessed
combination of Perfect-Surface
Copper+ (PSC+) and extremely
high purity Perfect-Surface
Silver (PSS) conductors in a
self-shielding Counter-Spiral HyperLitz. Solid conductors prevent strand
interaction, which is the greatest single source of distortion in an audio
cable or an AC power cable. Surface quality is critical because a conductor can
be considered as a rail-guide for both the electric fields within a conductor,
and for the magnetic fields outside the conductor. The astonishingly smooth and
pure Perfect-Surface eliminates harshness and greatly increases clarity compared
to OFHC, OCC, 8N and other coppers. Extremely high-purity PSS further minimizes
distortion caused by grain boundaries, which exist within any metal conductor.



DIELECTRIC-BIAS SYSTEM
(DBS, US Pat #7,126,055):

DBS creates a strong stable
electrostatic field, which saturates and polarizes (organizes) the molecules of
the insulation. This minimizes both energy storage in the insulation and the
multiple nonlinear time-delays. Sound appears from a surprisingly black
background with unexpected detail and dynamic contrast. The DBS pack's
batteries last for years. A test button and LED allow for the occasional
battery check.
