The lovely Audio Research Reference 3 tube preamplifier. I actually chose the 3 over the 5 for the following reasons: Deeper soundstage, more focused and organized sound. I also took it up a level by installing Amperex E288CC tubes, which simply sound more transparent than the 6H30 to my ears. Includes remote, manual, both sets of tubes and will ship in original box.
