I am selling the Rotel Amplifiers that I used in my home
theater. I am the original owner. Two were purchased new as I recall and one
was a store demo at my then local hi end stereo store.
I have the boxes for two and probably most of the paperwork
ie; manuals etc. I recently hooked all of them up to my main system and they
work fine. One, the big RB990BX was completely revamped in 2015. As I recall it
was recapped and several other parts were replaced. It sounds great and really
plays loud with a lot of bass!
The RB990 is 200 watts, the RB980 is 120 watts and the RB970
is 60 watts per channel.
They have been in a smoke free environment and haven’t been
run much at all in the last 5-7 years. These would be great amps for anyone
looking for secondary systems or a home theater upgrade. See pictures for
condition. I would rate these 8/10 conservatively. Serious buyers only please.
I would also consider TRADES FOR THE FOLLOWING SPEAKERS; Audio Physics, Focus Audio and Totem. Looking for floor standing.
