Meridian brought these little jewels to market about 10 years ago in a one time partnership with Ferrari! Thus the model name (F80, the same as a famous Ferrari concept car) and the various colors they chose, like Ferrari yellow, red, black and white, which were all colors used by Ferrari at the time. Meant to be very high performance like the car it was named after, these units didn't disappoint and sold out at most Meridian dealers rather rapidly! Perfect for a "second" music system or perhaps as a main one in rooms, homes, condos and apartments where a normal music system would be way too big. This unit had a surprisingly big and rich sound, befitting it's Meridian heritage. Although far from inexpensive in it's day, you can get one now at less than one fourth it's original price! This one was purchased in 2010 and used in a bedroom and only rarely, so it has had very modest use over the years. CD and radio in it work fine as you would expect. In excellent condition with original box and packing, remote and manual. The second remote in a couple of my pics did not work, so will NOT be included. The remote with the Ferrari prancing horse will be included. I believe the yellow housing/trim is replaceable, as you can find some of the other trim colors online for sale. (was available in black, graphite, red and silver trim) Will be double boxed for shipping. Paypal adds 3%. NEW, LOWER PRICE!
