21A tube preamp by Belles in good condition. Just back from a tune up and tube upgrade by David Belles. Only selling because I have too many preamps. Cost of upgrade was $650, did not include Auracaps. Small marks on top(see photo) otherwise appears nice and clean. This is a bargain if you're in the market for a nice tube preamp. Buyer pays shipping and 3% paypal cost and shipping. Local P/U saves shipping.
