The next evolutionary step of our award-winning IC-3 design eliminates solder in the signal path.  A patented process deep cryogenic treatment, and Furutech’s Nano Liquid enhance conductivity and performance. The result is a highly musical interconnect with richly refined tonal characteristics, resolved frequency extremes, improved micro and macro dynamic shadings, and holographic spatial cues.

THE CABLE AT THE CORE

Multiple stranded, silver-coated OFC copper conductors insulated in an ultra-low loss foamed Polyethylene dielectric, in a low capacitance design. 100% aluminum mylar shielding provides immunity to noise, with an upgraded, durable Techflex jacket.

Non-magnetic materials, a non-resonant SUS housing, and screw terminals allowing for our solderless, Nano Fluid enhanced connection. Low mass, a silky smooth locking mechanism, and a stunning finish are hallmarks of this highly innovative part. Choose the FT-111(R) for a slightly more neutral presentation, or the FT-111(G) to add a touch of warmth to your sound.

SOUND CONNECTIONS XHADOW REFERENCE XLR

Precision, elegant machined art, the Xhadow XLR is considered one of the finest hi-fidelity XLR‘s in the world, and is designed with the audiophile perspective in mind. Made from pure aluminum rod-stock and anodized in “Xhadow Gray” for a durable and non-conductive finish, the main barrel assembly houses an internal strain relief. Into the barrel this fits a “Gender-Module”, creating a male or female plug. An mirror plated outer passive shell houses a machined Teflon dielectric, and pure copper machined silver-plated contact pins, which give a rich, but nicely resolved sonic character. Solder-free set screw terminal option.
