Selling a pair of extremely rare N.E.A.R. (New England Audio Resource) Model 80 tower speakers. Top of the line made from 1988-1991. Each speaker weighs in about 100 lbs. Not much information from N.E.A.R. on these speakers. The woofer and tweeter are Bozak attic stock. The midrange was a "modified" Bozak magnet structure with new alum cone assembly. Then a Vifa super tweeter was added to fill in where the Bozak drops off. A really beautiful example. Not a single mark on these speakers. The veneer is flawless. The grills are flawless. Crossovers have not been manipulated. Not even any dust! Come with the original packing crates. You won't see these again any time soon.
