MSB Technology Platinum Data CD IV Transport

This is truly a reference CD transport. MSB with it's unique, scan the disc ahead of signal delivery, design is well regarded. Here is how Jon Iverson at Stereophile describes it...
Inside, the transport spins CDs at up to 40
times the real-time rate, then rereads each sector to ensure correct
data retrieval. MSB says that if it finds any difference, it assumes
that all reads were wrong, and adjusts the spin speed, tracking,
and laser focus to better read the bits, as many times as necessary, to
get a "perfect" result.

This transport provides high level playback that is fast and very accurate. The quality of the recording will become apparent either good or bad. This unit is in excellent condition with no apparent scratches or dings. I will pay the freight, no low ball offers please.
