This is a rare item where there is currently nothing better on the market. Normally with an item like this you always have to pay full price, because no one wants to get rid of theirs while it's the current model. Today is your lucky day. The owner of these awesome cables upgraded from a $60,000 pair of Lansche 5.1's, which he was true bi-wiring with 2 pairs of these speaker cables, to a $125,000 pair of Perfect8 Point MkIII's, which have external crossovers, and custom built jumpers from crossovers to speakers. This setup rendered his second set of Medusas unnecessary, so he asked us to sell them along with his Lansche 5.1's that we sold here recently. We quote a written review from Marshall Nack below but we find people these days really love video reviews, especially the excellent ones done by Peter Breuninger of AVShowrooms. While he has not reviewed this new model yet, he does have reviews of a variety of Stage III cables up. In this particular review he is speaking about the Kraken power cord, however all Stage III cables are made with a similar design philosophy and as such have similar effects on your system. Watch that video review here. You can also search his site and find that he has more of them.

I have tested many, many brands of speaker cables over the years. Nothing else is as good as these Stage III Medusas. They are simply the best. I am currently enjoying them in my own system and WOW they are just astounding. They can bring out a level of musicality in gear that you did not know was there, even gear of a far less expensive caliber than these. Sometimes a cable can be so revealing you do not want to use it with anything but the most crazy expensive gear. But with these, I have tried them of course with reference level Ypsilon Electronics and uber expensive speakers. But I have also tried them with some very affordable gear and gotten tremendous results. I wish I could keep these. I say that about very few things that come through here. I would not pay, myself, for the top of the line Stage III power cords. Some of our customers have those and love them. But for me, they are too much. These speaker cables I do feel are fully worth it. On the power cables, I love the Kraken, the second model from the top of the line which is just over half the price. Of course with power cords you need so many of them that a big savings per cord is also multiplied throughout the system. With speaker cables since you normally only need one pair and everything depends on it I feel that it makes more sense there to kind of go all out and get the best ones. These Stage III speaker cables are just a force of nature. If you can afford these, grab them, I don't think you will ever see a pair for this price again!

If you need other Stage III to go with these, let me know and I will make you a package deal. If you need the spades changed to bananas, I can do that. And if you need a longer speaker cable or a bi-wired speaker cable or something please get in touch via email or by phone at 575.535.2280 and I will see what I can do to earn your business- if you don't have a dealer you're already working with. Obviously, brand new cables will be more than these, but I will do my best to get you into these wonderful line of cables. So far, every single person, except the very most recent one, that we have ever sold Stage III cables to has come back to buy more of them, usually a lot more of them. So there is no better recommendation for a product than that, right? People buy them, try them in their home, they love them, and they come back for more. Yes, it is a very expensive product. That is true. But it really works. People hear the difference or they would not come back for more. We are proud to sell these and hope we can earn your business too.

Ypsilon Electronics is another line that our clients (and us) truly believe in. We are currently selling a demo pair of Ypsilon Aelius II monoblock amplifiers on our website. Please contact us if you are in the market for an amazing pair of amplifiers.

StageIII Concepts won the Positive Feedback Writer's Choice Award in 2016 for their Medusa Speaker Cables.

These StageIII speaker cables come with the original packaging and have been very carefully used in pet free, non-smoking and child free homes.

We have noticed 2 marks or scratches on one of the cable heads illustrated in a closeup photo below. It is not not really anything substantial but we always want to be sure to point out any flaw no matter how tiny. We are rating them as an 8 because of these marks and they have been used. We never rate anything a 10 if it has been used, that is just our policy to only give 10 ratings to unused gear and rarely even then. So 9 is as high as something could go with us really and finding a tiny mark we push it down to an 8.

This close up of the scratches also shows both ends of the cable which is a good opportunity to tell you that this cable does not have traditional directional arrows. However, it is directional and the way you can tell is the end with the "Do Not Remove" panel goes to the amp and the end with the "Medusa" label goes to the speaker.

I am sure most sellers would rate this higher but we would rather you feel like we rated it low than to buy it and then feel disappointed. We don't just want to sell you one thing, we want you to keep coming back again and again. The gentleman we're selling this for originally met us on Audiogon for one thing and since then has bought close to 100 items. We thank him for his loyalty and hope we can earn your business as well for whatever items might suit your system or systems.

Product Features (from distributor's website):

A.S.P. REFERENCE MEDUSA is Stage III Concepts’ ultimate statement in amplification/speaker interface technology, and once again, we offer the only speaker cables in the world using vacuum as dielectric. A vacuum is the ultimate electrical insulator, always superior to “inert” gases (vacuum tubes are never filled with Nitrogen or Helium for good reason). A multitude of unique technologies have been incorporated into this cable to virtually eliminate distortions of any kind, but special attention has been paid to mechanical damping of the highest level.

The A.S.P. MEDUSA is the only available speaker cable using ferrite, ceramic and high density alloy granules to provide an almost perfect combination of shielding and mechanical, anti-resonance damping. The combined granulated materials make the cables extremely heavy, so equipment height and placement must be taken into consideration. A layer for H.D.A. (High Density Alloy) foil, as well as plated, braided copper add additional layers of EMI/RF protection offering an unprecedented level of sonic purity and an utterly black, empty silence.

New conductor cross-section and geometry offer marked improvements in precision and realism over our previous speaker cable designs. Our unique palladium/silver alloy ribbon conductors deliver pinpoint accuracy with defined sonic layers in a natural, wide and palpable soundstage. The extreme gauge of the combined conductors maintains a very low resistance resulting in the most impactful low frequency performance your equipment is capable of.

The A.S.P. MEDUSA are without a doubt the most resolving, neutrally accurate speaker cables you can buy at any price. Designed to complement and even improve the most exacting and demanding audio equipment available. Experience them for yourself, you will be astonished.

"Stage III has hit another home run. It should be clear by now that the Medusa Speaker Cable from Stage III gets my top recommendation."

Exclusive variable-size, high-current solid silver spades as standard termination. Dual cryo-treatment. The variable size spades can fit either 1/4" or 9/16" speaker posts, those are the 2 types in common use. If you need to have bananas on either one end or both, or you just prefer that, let us know and we can get the factory to change them for you at a modest fee. We will also continue to support you in future so if your gear needs change 5 or 10 years from now and you wanted them changed then, or you needed to get them changed so you could sell them more easily or something, we would get that done for you affordably. That's one of the advantages in buying from us vs. a private seller who would not be able to do that or most dealers who would charge a big markup on it. We just want to help our client to get these sold since he no longer needs them and then we're happy to have a new client try our services so we don't need to make money off the services like getting the cables reterminated.

With over 20 years of experience in the audio industry, these are the best speaker cables I have ever heard. I've now had them in my testing system for 3 months. Listening to them with Ypsilon Aelius MK II amps and the Lansche 5.1s has been heavenly. I'm looking forward to seeing them go to a buyer who will enjoy them as much as I have.

I first began to sell Stage III because I was approached by one of our long-time customers who already had something like $100,000 worth of cables in his system he'd bought from us, very high quality cables from a great brand we are proud to sell, I won't mention the name. He approached me about buying what was at the time the time the top of the line Stage III power cable, the Kraken (there is now one above it, the Leviathan). I told him that he already had very good power cords and that I felt if he wanted to make some upgrades to his system that I could think of other places he could do so more cost effectively. That's the kind of service we offer, we are not just out to make sales, we give our customers honest advice even when it means we lose a sale. But he told me that he had heard amazing things about the Stage III cables and that it was his money after all so please just to sell him a couple, he would try them out and report back to me. If they were not a big enough upgrade to justify the cost then he said he'd have me sell them for him but at least he would have learned something and "scratched the itch" to find out if Stage III cables were really as good as he had heard or not. Of course I don't want to mention the other brand he had because also a very good brand which he still has some of and we still continue to sell. But he came back a month or so after getting 2 Kraken power cords and he wanted to order a bunch more of them. And I know this gentleman has a very good ear. I have been to his house and spent extensive time listening with him and known him for a long time. I respect his views, he could easily work in the audio business, he knows it so well! So he loved the Stage III and then we were up and running as a dealer. We have sold a lot of them since and as mentioned except for our very newest customer everyone who has ever bought any of the Stage III from us has come back to buy more of them. I can't say that for any other brand. It is very high praise indeed! I hope I don't jinx it by saying it here.

Of course Stage III is not something everyone can afford. And I do not push anyone to spend more than he wants to spend. Obviously you should have good speakers and the electronics to drive them before you are worried about cables at this level. But if you do have those things and you have been fortunate in life and are successful enough that you could afford Stage III then without question it is a product that is worth owning and which will give you tremendous pride of ownership and joy in listening. I wish that we could use Stage III in all our systems at the trade shows we do, but it simply costs so much that for the systems we display it would in some cases double the equipment cost for us. And as a small dealer that puts things out of reach. Some cable companies will give us free cables to show. Which is cool, I appreciate that. But of course if they do that then they also have to charge more to make that money back. That's life, right? But Stage III does not do that, there are no freebies. If I want to buy the cables to demonstrate them at a show I will pay about 10% less than you pay for these. That is it. So it's a lot of money. But by the same token, if someone has these, you know he wants them and paid with his own money.

It is the same as the Ypsilon Electronics we sell. They don't give them to reviewers or give big discounts to reviewers or any of that which most electronics companies do. There are tons of companies that will let the big reviewers keep their gear, even their most expensive gear, for as long as they want to have it in their homes, just to be able to say that "So and so has chose to keep our XYZ in his personal reference system for 3 years now." Etc. So a lot of the reviewers can have their gear free if they want. So when they choose to own the brands they have to pay for, and have to pay nearly as much for as you pay for them, to me this means a LOT about how great that gear sounds. So the reviewers who own Ypsilon like Michael Fremer from Stereophile / Analog Planet and Jacob Heilbrunn from The Absolute Sound or others who own these fantastically expensive Ypsilon Electronics paid nearly as much of their own money for them as you would pay to own them. And this is all the more remarkable since they have access to so many other equipment lines for free or very cheap. So the fact that they choose to pay for the Ypsilon gear or Stage III cables, etc. really does give an indication of how special these products are. And of course we are very proud, as a small family firm, to be able to offer our customers products of such distinction. Some of our lines, pretty much any dealer can get. But some, like Stage III, Ypsilon, Wilson Benesch, Trinnov, Perfect8 and some of the others are very special, very limited distribution. And of course with that limited distribution you get exclusivity and exclusivity means they hold their value.

When you buy any audio product you always have that fear that a new model comes along and makes it less valuable. I have that fear the same as my customers do, I was a buyer for this sort of gear for almost 20 years before I got into the business of selling it and even now I buy loads of it. I am always concerned that a new model could come out, my value will go down, etc. But with brands like Stage III and Ypsilon they hold their value so much better than most of the other brands. Partly because of exclusivity in the dealer networks and distribution, partly because of the innate quality of the product, and also they don't keep putting out new models every year just to get magazine reviews. I know this is something our clients really appreciate, that they can buy it from us, use it and enjoy it for a number of years and then give it back to us to sell for them toward their purchase of the next thing they want and really not lose too much at all. Often our clients are surprised how much of what they originally spent with us they are able to get back towards their next purchase when they do things this way. I hope we can earn your business too! Most likely even after Stage III comes out with a new model in a couple of years or whenever that might be (I don't get any advance knowledge of that), these cables will still be worth right about what you pay us for them today. So you won't suffer the massive depreciation that many buyers do when they pay full price for the item brand new. If you need more cables we can make you a package deal that insulates you from depreciation on the whole set.

I've noticed one small problem with these cables. When using some amps and or speakers, the combination of very heavy, well built cables and spades can make the initial connections somewhat difficult. However, once the connection is made and the terminal snugged down, they stay in place nicely. If you prefer, we could have them converted to bananas at Stage III for you as mentioned above. You do have a foot of leads to work with and we were always able to make it work with the spades, so it is a matter of preference that we leave up to you.

And have I mentioned the size of these amazing speaker cables ? They are actually smaller than the Leviathans which are just absurdly massive. But they are very large. This picture with the tape kind of gives you an idea, the video at the top with Peter Breuninger holding a Kraken power cord which is of similar diameter also helps to illustrate it, but even so, I bet if you are the lucky new owner that you will be impressed when you pull these things out of the neoprene bag. Or even just when you pick up the bag and you feel the weight of these cables. Even though they use a true vacuum dielectric and do not have any sort of heavy magnets or anything like that adding to the dielectric weight they are still staggeringly heavy. We've had massive cables here from the likes of MIT and Transparent but none of them have been as good or as massive as these.

Whether you keep the solid silver spades or you opt to change them out to bananas these will make a noticeable improvement to the sound of your system, and are a great chance to learn if you like Stage III (we're pretty sure you will) at a lower price than is usually available. Our client loved them in his room and is continuing to enjoy his other identical pair. He simply did not need this pair after he completed his upgrade to the Perfect8 Point MkIII's. Below there is much more information about various things such as shipping, store policies, a list of brands we sell, and information about some of the award winning systems we have exhibited at trade shows. If you see anything you're interested in either for upgrading an existing room, or for a new project, please email us, or call us at 575.535.2280.

We would love to help you create a magical system or systems in your home or homes. The reason we write so much and put so much into these listings is obviously NOT that it's needed to sell a simple pair of speaker cables. Pretty sure we could just pop in the info from the distributor's site, the condition and price info and sell them just as easily. Why we go to all this effort is because these ads live forever, we still have people contacting us from ads we did almost 10 years ago when we had no idea that would happen and of course in hindsight that makes us wish we could have added more to those ads to illustrate more of the work we do. We hope you'll see something you like, that sparks you to want to work with us to create a system in your home. That's the fun part for us, talking with our fellow audiophiles and helping you get the most performance for your money and your tastes.

High End Zone had two rooms at the inaugural LA Audio Show in June of 2017. Our 2 Channel room featured the Perfect8 Point loudspeakers (which our client replaced the Lansche 5.1s with) they were paired with the following Ypsilon Electronics: PST 100 MkII, DAC 100 and the Aelius II Amplifiers. We played music from the Aurender W20 and A10. We really enjoyed showing with the Perfect8 Point MkIII's, even though we had intended to show with our favorite speakers, the $375,000 Perfect8 Force MkIII. Sadly, The Force speakers were crushed by the shipping company. We found this out less than 48 hours before the show started and so we had to overnight the Points to LA, which made us have a late start to the show... By Sunday we felt like our room sounded sublime and many others did as well.

Here is a video of AV Showroom's coverage of our 2 Channel room which we are very honored and grateful to say was awarded a Gold Show Award from AVShowrooms and also Best Sound of Show from Part Time Audiophile.

The pairing of Perfect8 speakers and Ypsilon Electronics helped make the act of listening to music in this room very transportive, and honestly-- I had a hard time paying attention to our guests because the music kept drawing me in.

Jason Victor Serinus from Stereophile was one of the reviewers who came when we had no speakers. He made a special effort to come back and listen on Sunday when our system had finally settled in and was sounding it's best. One of our helpers did the thing of trying to close the door to give the major reviewer a quiet demo without people coming in and out but Jason is such a humble and classy fellow, he asked that we treat him just like any guest. He said the following:

"Reproduction of a file of the Haydn Cello Concerto 1 exhibited lots of grace, with an airy, spacious, and warm sound that I found especially satisfying. I didn't write down the name of the track playing when I first entered the room, but it, too, was distinguished lovely warmth, notable spaciousness, and that indefinable quality known as grace. Timbres were extremely impressive.

"When I followed a suggestion to move to the second row, both midrange and bass response increased. Especially impressive was a 24/96 track of mezzo Jamie Barton singing Sibelius, where the system conveyed the huge expanse and changing dynamics of her stunning voice better than any other system I've encountered. When Barton opened her one-in-a-million, Golden Age voice to full capacity, you could literally hear it expand in the room. Wonderful." ~ Jason Victor Serinus, article for Stereophile

We were grateful that Jason returned to our room on Sunday, not all reviewers were able to do so, it's a tough job to cover hundreds of rooms and we certainly understand. So we were very sorry not to see Mr. Harley from The Absolute Sound, one of the most respected reviewers from one of the top publications to be sure. But he did seem to greatly enjoy his Ypsilon experience in the Aaudio room and had this to say in his review of the show. He mentioned only a very small number of rooms and so being mentioned at all was an honor, certainly to have such high praise was. We already sold 4 pieces of Ypsilon in the weeks following the show, in part I believe thanks to these comments:

"Ypsilon:

Aaudio Imports demonstrated a superb system of Ypsilon Electronics from Greece. The PST0199 Mk.II tube preamp ($37,000) drove a pair of Aelius II monoblocks ($39,000), fronted by Ypsilon's VPS-100 tube phonostage ($26,000) and MC26L step-up transformer ($6200). I had never looked at the Ypsilon components up-close, but they are extraordinarily built. The whole package sounded superb driving the remarkable new Wilson Benesch Resolution loudspeaker
." ~Mr. Harley
Take a look at the build quality of this Silver Edition Ypsilon Electronics PST 100 MKII which Ypsilon custom made with an extra pair of XLR inputs for a client of ours.

While Mr. Harley was unable to visit our room to hear how Ypsilon Electronics sound incredible with Perfect8 speakers, Mr. Rafe Arnott (the Editor and Creative Director for Part-Time Audiophile) was able to and as we shared above actually gave us the honor of
"the Best Sound which goes to a new combination of manufacturers for me (Perfect8 Technologies, Ypsilon Electronics, Aurender.)... My initial show report on this room is HERE, and as I wrote, this combination had soulful musicality, an ability to handle huge dynamic swings with ease, and aurally convinced with its impression of limitless headroom to the scale, depth, and impact of the sound."~ Rafe Arnott

High End Zone also had a Home Theater room, shown here:

High End Zone and Starke Sound collaborated with an amazing team of more than 25 people from over 10 companies including Trinnov, JVC, Kaleidescape and many of the world's best AV firms to create a 27 channel Atmos home theater system that seemed to be a well received surprise for the audiophiles at the LAAS. Normally if there is a home theater demo at all at these shows, it is in some little back room and isn't very good. Not this time, we were right next to the registration desk in the largest room of the show and we rocked hitting peaks of over 105 dB on our demos including Pacific Rim, Unbroken, Roger Waters: The Wall and several more. We had a lot of people come through, and as far as I could tell all of them had a good time.

The Gateway Ballroom exhibit won an Alfie award for the Starke Sound IW-H5 Elite wall mounted speakers which we were using eight of to form the base level surround channels. These speakers have won several awards at CEDIA and other events since LAAS and they rightfully deserve their place as an ultimate level home theater speaker! Three IC-H5 Elite Starke Sound speakers accompanied the IW-H5s as the LCRs and eight IW-H3 Be speakers were ceiling mounted. The room's bass was so thumping that some guests asked if we had put drivers under the chairs! This was accomplished through the use of six Starke Sound SUB36 subs and two almost refrigerator sized Rythmik subwoofers to fill the 50' X 50' room with 12' high ceilings with bass. The system was powered by Starke's A7 MK II amps, fed by the Trinnov Altitude 32 processor, with content from Kaleidescape's 4K Strato movie player. To help transform a hotel ballroom into a theater, we used Acoustic Sciences Corporation's TubeTraps, which also won an Alfie award, and Haikoustics panels on the walls and suspended from the trusses. The visuals in this room were handled with the help of Metra 4k HDMI cables feeding the JVC flagship projector the DLA-RS4500, projecting on a Seymour-Screen Excellence RF 160HD Enlightor 4K acoustically transparent screen measuring 160"x90". The visuals were as impressive as the 3D world created around you by the 11.8.8 Atmos system. I did the overall design of the room and specified most of the components. Curt Hoyt, who is one of the owners of Trinnov who also consults with us, specified the precise speaker angles and did the room calibrations. Curt knows more about 3D audio than anyone I know.

Peter Breuninger from AVShowrooms said "This is the finest theater system I have ever heard" and made a video with me and Curt talking about 3D sound. Designing for Atmos is vastly, vastly harder than designing 5.1 or 7.1 systems. The placements that worked for surround speakers in 5.1 and 7.1 do not work in Atmos. The performance you can get from an Atmos system is absolutely incredible. It is so stunning. Atmos, DTS:X and Auro 3D give movie makers a whole new language to work in. I can say that we screened a bunch of movies both with the Atmos sound turned on and without it before doing this show and that Atmos is a must have technology. It is the first new "must have" for home theater since the Blu Ray disc came out. But the complexity of designing the Atmos home theater makes it essential to have professional help, if you want the best results for your money. We're here and available to you and Curt works with us on many of our projects, please get in touch if you'd like to know more about an immersive system. Here is the video which gives you some idea of what we do.

"The immersive soundfield was exceptional, and the sound was very clean, clear, and powerful throughout the audio range...
As far as I can tell, the first LA Audio Show was a big success. I was glad to see one room dedicated to immersive sound, and I hope that home theater becomes an ever-increasing presence at LAAS and other audiophile confabs in the future. For this year, The High End Zone put on quite a show, and I commend the efforts of all involved!
"- Scott Wilkinson, show review for AVSforum.

We aim to enhance your musical experience, please email us to meet our design team and discuss your project.

Please email us at [email protected] if you are sincerely interested in purchasing this and have any questions. We may also be contacted by phone at 575.535.2280.

We put the "Make an Offer" option on all of our listings rather than a "Buy it Now" button. Partly this is because we had a few rude people hit "Buy it Now" then they never got in touch or paid and it just wasted our time. Also, we really enjoy talking with our customers and we want to know that they really want the items we are selling. So what we do now is just the make offer button. We still hope and expect that this item will sell for the asking price especially with the rarity of this particular item and the way cables tend to sell well at this time of year. Since we don't own this, we don't have much flexibility on the price. The exception would be if someone proposes a package deal for multiple items. Obviously that gives us more flexibility to work with you. Of course we are honored to receive any offer and we encourage you to submit one, all will be duly considered. But if you truly want this item please think about the fact that if you submit an offer below the asking price it is entirely possible someone else submits a higher offer and the item sells before we see your message or respond, even though we strive to reply quickly. Over the last 20 years this has happened many times, one time a $70,000 pair of speakers was on sale for many months, then we had two buyers who both wanted them the same day. I felt so bad. They were completely unique, there was no way I could satisfy both gentlemen. We earned the business of one and sold him and his wife additional items also. But it was sad not to be able to take care of the other fellow. So, please consider if you really want these cables just to send a full price offer, that might very well produce a more satisfying result than trying to save a couple of bucks on something so special as these and so hard to find. Full price offers are always handled in order received and we do strive to get back to you very promptly. And of course if you do want a package with more cables we can do it, just let us know. Should you see the item is marked sale pending you should still feel free to submit an offer because it is possible that something could happen, sometimes offers do fall through though of course we hope that would not be the case.

For payment, we are happy to accept a cashier's check, a bank wire or PayPal. If PayPal is your preferred payment method then please add the following percentage of your purchase price to your total to cover the PayPal fees: 3% for domestic buyers or 4% for international buyers.

Also, since this is a consignment sale where the equipment does not belong to us but to our customer, we need to ask that the buyer promptly inspect and test the item upon receipt and report any problems found so that if there is a problem found we could withhold funds from paying our customer to deal with the problem. We don't think there will be any problem, but once we have paid him we won't have any recourse if any problem is found.

Also, because we're selling this for a client and have to give him the cash for it, we're not going to take trades unless you make us some trade offer that we consider to be so far in our favor that we can't resist putting in our own money to buy your gear. An exception to this that we would be willing to consider would be that if you want to buy this AND some other items that we sell then we'll try and make you a package deal for all of it. Since this is not ours we cannot discount it much, but we can give you an extra discount on other items we sell to make you a package deal. So if you want some Perfect8 speakers or Ypsilon amps or any of the many other things we sell, which are listed below, then please email us about it.

We would be happy to sell your gear on consignment if that would help you to purchase this or other items from the High End Zone. In some cases we might sell your gear on consignment even if you don't want to buy more gear from us, if the gear is very nice. Our most successful customers are very busy folks and we understand that if they spend hours answering questions from Audiogoners, that is thousands of dollars that they lost in terms of what they could have earned with that time. We do have some restrictions as to what we can sell because of the manufacturer rules about online sales and so on, but we do our best to help. We can arrange to have the gear picked up from your home or office, or in some cases we can even have someone come in and pack it for you. Then we will handle all the testing, photography, sales of the item and follow up after the sale. Since many people prefer to buy from a dealer and because we have over 15 years of perfect feedback on Audiogon and Ebay with no neutrals or negatives ever we can usually get more for your items than you could get yourself. Depending on the exact item, you may net as much or even slightly more having us sell it. And once you factor in the value of your time, it's a clear savings to let us sell the gear for you. So let us know if we can be of service to you in that area.

We are truly appreciative of responsible Audiogon members, please make sure you are one of them before you make us an offer. If you have questions concerning the gear, the terms of sale, or if you need to upgrade any of your cables, amplifiers or other items in your system, please contact us through email or by phone at 575.535.2280. We will be happy to get back with you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your interest and may our gear help facilitate your ears meeting high quality sound with ease.

The Fine Print:

We accept payment by PayPal and wire transfers from anywhere in the world and cashier's checks drawn on US banks. We will also accept escrow if the buyer pays the fee.

If PayPal is your preferred payment method, then please add the following percentage of your purchase and shipping price to your total to cover the PayPal fees: 3% for domestic buyers and 4% for International buyers. If you pay by PayPal then your purchase must be shipped to the PayPal shipping address only, per PayPal's rules.

We may accept a personal check from long-standing Audiogon members, but it does delay shipping for clearance. Please ask before paying that way. If you desire to pay by some other means you do not see here then please email us, we will try to accommodate you if we can.

Our items are guaranteed to work properly and be in the condition we describe. If we make a mistake, if an item does not work properly, or if the item description is inaccurate, we'll offer you a full and prompt refund or exchange at our option and issue return shipping labels at our expense.

Please check your purchases promptly upon arrival. Our policy is that any flaw, damage, missing item, incorrect item, etc. must be reported to High End Zone by email no later than 3 days (72 hours) after that item is delivered. If you are not able to check the item yourself in that time frame, please make the necessary arrangements to have someone else make such a check for you in your absence.

All sales are final with no returns or exchanges allowed unless the buyer finds a defect and reports it to High End Zone within 72 hours after delivery. In the case of items that are shipped internationally, we require that any item be picked up from Customs within 5 business days or less in order to preserve the buyer's protections for shipping damage and defective merchandise under our selling policies. If the buyer finds a defect and reports it to High End Zone by email within 72 hours after the item is delivered then High End Zone will repair, replace, or refund at our option.

So while all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges unless you receive a defective item and report that within 3 days as specified above, IF for some reason we do agree to accept your return or cancel your order when there is no mistake or defect on High End Zone's part, then you agree to pay us the 20% restocking fee on your order.

That said, please don't buy if you're not sure that you want the item you are buying. If you need to check with your wife, your broker, your business partner, your kids, or the Supreme Court before you buy, please do that. The High End Zone cannot be held responsible for any case of wives beating their husbands for spending too much money on good gear!

And on the other hand there are some lines I left off because we just haven't had much call for them lately. But who knows, maybe tomorrow the phone starts ringing off the hook for one of those, I would certainly welcome it. So please don't be dismayed if you don't see one of the products you really want here. It's not set in stone and I bet we can get it for you and that we'd be happy to do so as long it is a quality component that we would be proud to sell.
