Teradak DC30 Linear Power Supply Many upgrades 5-12vdc

Teradak makes some really great sounding LPSs for reasonable money that work and sound great. They can be taken to another level with some nice part upgrades and tweaks. With what I have done this power supply competes with the ones that sell for $300-$1200 new.

This DC 30 can be set for 5vdc to 12vdc. 2.1mm Crnter positive Oyaide connector. I can change out the connector as directed for the small cost of the part. I have it set for 9 Vdc right now and I can set it for the voltage you want. 3 amp at 5vdc and 2.5 amp at 9 Vdc. Here is a list of the upgrades done. Units works flawlessly and holds the voltage rock solid and consistent. Dead quiet operation.

- hard wired upgraded DC cord with Oyaide DC connector. Special Canare starquad cable
- upgraded filter amps to Nichicon HW for much improved sound and operational life
- Sonicap bypass caps
- upgraded to Mills MRA resistors
- chassis dampening
- front LED bypassed - less noise
- Pectfect Path Audio Contact enhancer emi/rfi block applied extensively thoughout the unit. This was an expensive upgrade as the special solution costs $300 for s tiny 1.5ml vile

My price is firm based on all these upgrades and the work involved. Unit sounds fantastic.
