The Celius is a four-driver, three-way speaker. Two 6.25" doped-paper-cone bass drivers cross over at 400Hz to a 6.25" paper-cone midrange driver via a simple second-order lowpass filter. The midrange driver covers a wide range (400Hz-4kHz), so crossovers are kept out of this very critical area. The 1" titanium dome tweeter is filtered with a third order crossover at 4kHz. The Celius' sensitivity is rated as 92 dB/W/m, its nominal impedance as 4 ohms. Twin binding posts are provided for biwiring or biamping.
