Shipping:
Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer and will be facilitated by the seller. If the product arrives with signs of shipping damage, this must be noted at time of delivery. The seller will assist the buyer in filing a claim against the shipping vendor.
Warranty:
The Emerald Theater – AV warrants this product for 30 days from the shipping vendor’s delivery date. The warranty will be as per the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions except that it will be valid for 30 days. Any and all exclusion sighted by the manufacturer will remain in place. In case of failure, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the product to the USA distributor. Repair cost and return shipping (within the contiguous 48 USA states only) will be covered by The Emerald Theater – AV up to the sales price from ET – AV to buyer.
