Burmester 911 mkIII poweramp. Next best thing after the flagship 909! $35,000

This is the next best thing after the Reference Line 909 power amp. It sits under the Top Line series which is a step lower from the Reference Line. About 1/2 the size smaller, the 911 MKIII may still roughly occupy the same square footage as the 909 but being about 1/2 the height, is "more" accommodating in terms of placement in the room or on the shelf. In terms of power output, it is a robust 350W in 4 ohm and when two are used in mono mode, it rises to 770W per channel (mono-adapter needed). It weighs a more spinal friendly 70lbs and in terms of sound is like the smaller sibling of the 909, just a tad lighter in presentation and weight. If anything, the 911 MKIII is like the more "conservative" twin of the two.

Unit is in pretty good condition. Some minor scuff marks here and there but nothing major. We don't have the original box but will securely pack this for safe shipping. Manual is available online. Local pickup from our store welcome.
