VAC Renaissance Signature Mk. 2 Legendary!

Of all the truly benchmark high end preamps ever made, its likely that this Phono preamp is among the most beloved. The VAC Renaissance Signature MK 2 is a massive 2 piece unit that was created as a cost no object project. The combined 2 units weigh about 68 pounds. It has both the MM and a MC Phono circuit that uses 6 tubes, 4 in the Line section. Gorgeous to look at and even more musically compelling to listen to. Extraordinary power and grace! I am including the original tubes and the original heavy, machined remote. This is a tube rollers dream. The power cord is also present, but I am sure that you will want to chose your own as well. The remote is on its way back from VAC, its getting overhauled and refinished. Its also heavy and very well made. My personal tastes in recorded music has always led me to the slightly romanticized, but powerful performance. This unit will hold its own against the finest!  The function is excellent, the cosmetics are very nice, but not mint. The only very minor flaws that I notice are what is shown in my photos.. The small nicks in one photo are on the top left edge of the power supply. The units look wonderful on the shelf!  My photos don't show the superb metallic paint highlights. Its worth noting that the outer weaved casing on one of the connecting cords became frayed at one end. I carefully covered it. I got confirmation that it makes no performance. difference. Don't hesitate to ask questions! Keep in mind that this is truly an iconic high performance preamp, I am not going to entertain low ball offers! These do not come up for sale for good reason.
