This unit has gotten negative reviews because of a periodic delay between some tracks. I have never considered it a problem because it very seldom does it. Usually only when tracks are not separated. It may happen more with long classical music which I dont listen to. It very rarely happens on standard cds or sacds if ever. When it does it does not eliminate any music. Its not why Im selling. As far as the disc not coming out all the way. It is a non-issue for a person that cares for his equipment. So you have to tuck the front of the disc in a little as you slide it in. A careful audiophile will not find it an issue at all. I didnt even notice it until reading reviews from a few whiners.

For the price this is one of the best sounding SACD's out there. It is a little brother to the excellent Esoteric player. Full size, heavy with business only circuitry. This unit images and creates a solid sound stage as good as Ive heard.

I dont have the original box buts is packaged as good or better. If your in the market for an under $500. sacd player, which is hard to find, you wont do better. Best price for a sacd player easily on this site.
