Ive spent alot of time and money tube rolling because it is fun, and exciting when you come up with a super discovery of replacements. You might eventually get to these on your own, but might not, or might not want to spend the time and money yourself on tubes and a good tube tester, so I'm not divulging the numbers, and not making much here. Mostly for fun.

This tube combination which includes two PQ Amperex, two russian military tubes and two custom made socket adapters which relocate the pins, totally changes the sound to an open,live, in your face presentation, removing several veils of sound.

Listening to a good sacd will make you cry. Reveals a badly recorded disc like good equipment does, but what a reward you get when the recording is primo. Ive discovered what a good format the DVD-A was before they dumped it. So sad.
