Other Notes: "I am beginning to hope my next review is an obscure and really wacky sounding set of speakers with a lot of “character” as this extended exposure to Canadian manufacturers is beginning to make me doubt my aural sanity. Clean, neutral, low coloration, great dynamics, and in the case of the M3 a truly “natural” and realistic midrange that’s the next best thing to being there. At $350 for the pair you are getting some serious value for your bookshelf. With a sub these speakers will even work well as primary speakers for HT use – they have the legs to handle it. You are also getting a product backed up by a process of measurement and continuous evolution as well as a level of dedication to perfecting a that works in the lab and translates to the real world." -Home Theater HiFi

Shipping: Cost to ship this item within the contiguous United States is a flat rate of $37- including packaging and insurance. For all other locations including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, please request a quote prior to purchase. Items with factory packaging will be double boxed. When factory packaging not available re-usable shipping box with custom injected-foam mold will be used. (for all items over 10 lbs). Note that all items valued over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

Packaging: We offer the best custom packaging in the business - period. When factory boxes are not available, we utilize an industrial Spray-in foam machine to create a custom, foam-injected mold that is form-fitted to each product. This technology ensures that each product we sell arrives safely and our customers have a reusable box for future use. When factory boxes are available, we generally double-box. Large, heavy or high-value items will be designated for freight shipping so that they remain upright and are secured to a pallet for the ultimate in safe transport.
International Customers: We welcome business from around the globe. Please contact us in advance of purchase for a shipping quote. You are responsible for voltage conversion. You are responsible for all customs duties / taxes as required by your country. Only Paypal with verified address or bank transfer accepted for International orders. It is your responsibility to determine the compatibility of the specified product for your country. No returns accepted for voltage or other forms of incompatibility.
Returns: Every pre-owned product we offer carries a 30-day, satisfaction-guaranteed return policy unless stated otherwise in the product description.** Additionally, every pre-owned product purchased directly at www.tmraudio.com carries a 90-day warranty. During the 30-day return period, a return or exchange can be requested for any reason. If the product is defective in some way, TMR will cover all related shipping costs. Any returns initiated outside of product defects, the customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling costs, and there will be a 5% restocking fee taken from the refunded amount. All return requests, with exception of any special orders, must be approved and a return authorization issued before return will be accepted. Special orders are final and will not be available for any return or refund. Basic troubleshooting measures require the cooperation of the customer and are expected to be carried out before a product is deemed “defective." During the 90-day warranty period, we will repair (at our expense) any products that are found to be defective. If we can not repair it, we will replace it with something comparable or issue a full refund. In no case is a customer authorized to send a defective unit to a 3rd party repair center without our consent, and we will not pay for any repairs that we do not perform.
