For sale is an Ear Yoshino 834P phono preamplifier. In excellent condition, rated 8/10 only because of age. This piece was given the full "Thorsten Mod". This includes replacing the resistors with Caddock MK-132s and Shinko tantalums, caps in the RIAA network were replaced with silver micas, coupling caps were replacer with MultiCap RTX, and the power supply caps were replaced with Black Gate caps, and Hexfreds were put in the B+ supply. Selling only because I'm now retired and moving into another direction. Much info on the upgrade on the web. The preamp sounds phenomenal. Asking $1895.00/ OBO. NO reasonable offer will be refused.
