This ad is for a pair of 350 watt PS Audio M700 amps and a DSPeaker X4 preamp, DAC with room correction and 4 channel crossover. The combo is a superb package that will outperform most $10k competition. The Stereophile Class A rated mono amps will drive virtually any speakers with 700 watts into 4 ohms and the X4's preamp and room correction are exceptional. The X4 even allows for active bi-amplification with the addition of another amp.

The X4 is a full featured 4-channel remote controlled balanced preamp
with exceptional DSD DAC and very high quality headphone amp. It will
outperform most high end preamps as room correction is amazing and makes
a far greater sonic upgrade than minor preamp differences. When
combined with a great preamp and DAC the results are spectacular.

It has 7
digital inputs (3 coax, 3 optical and one asynchronous 32 bit 382k USB)
and 3 analog ins (2 RCA & one XLR). It features a large internal
power supply. It can be used as hi-end room correction only, a preamp
with room correction or a preamp with DAC and room correction. It is a
major step up over the original DSPeaker Anti-Mode 2.0 that we sold over
300 of. That product was and still is a revolution at its price. It was
rated Stereophile Class A as well as receiving a Golden Ear from The
Absolute Sound.

The 4-channel X4 can run subs and mains or be
used to actively bi-amp your speakers. It has an internal parametric EQ
and 6 presets for different tonal balances or for correction at
different seating positions in the room.

dozen of decibels or even more. These errors are most pronounced in the

output stage with the warmth, grace, and rich inner detail of Stellar’s
Class A Analog Gain Cell input stage. It is Stereophile Class A rated.

Rated at 350 Watts into 8Ω and 700 Watts into 4Ω it is stable into 2 ohms. The M700 combines the
best of two worlds: ultra linear, high-current, Class D technology for

the output stage; a discrete, Class A MOSFET based Analog gain Cell for the

all-important input stage. The M700’s rich, warm, and engaging sonic
character comes from the Analog Gain Cell. Its powerful,
authoritative control over the loudspeaker stems from its high current,
ultra-low impedance Class D output stage.

Stellar’s design imperative was to produce a truly musical
sounding power amplifier that proudly competed with any amplifier under
$5,000. PS took the
challenge and set to work on a new concept—a hybrid that would combine
the best of today’s technology with time-honored techniques leveraging
PS Audio’s forty plus years of experience.

The Analog Gain Cell is a zero feedback, balanced, Class A, MOSFET input
stage. The design closely mirrors the sonic characteristics of a vacuum
tube and allowed PS the freedom to voice the amplifier as they see fit.
