Speakers for people who love midrange magic but want real bass and extended highs. The 7" midrange is wired directly to your amplifier it covers the midrange way up to 5000kHz. sounding much more natural and with more authority. Human voices like Leonard Cohen, Johnny Cash and females are recreated with life like realism that is easy to access. With the midrange going up so high in the register the tweeter is asked to do far less the most speakers and comes in at 5000kHz with extension to 30KHz for fabulous presence and it ever so smooth. The newly designed tweeter is more efficient and the soft dome has been reinforced with strands of carbon fiber. The 7" bass driver is sized and designed to blend perfectly with the midrange, and it to is wired directly to your amplifier. At 89db efficiency they are not quite as efficient as many single driver speakers but nicely driven with lower power tube amplifiers.

You many not be able to afford the Resolution they cost near $70,000, but you can enjoy much of the same advanced technology. The Vectors with fewer drivers are easier to drive and require less power so in an appropriate size room they will reward the listener with many of the same attributes that one hears from the Resolution.
