Cosmetic Description: 8/10 Excellent condition with minimal visible cosmetic wear including slight fading of the logo on the front, a very faint scratch on the top near the rear left corner, and a very faint scratch on the back next to the grounding post.

Functional Notes: Some of the threads on the grounding post knob in back are loose or stripped, but the knob threads engage about halfway down and the knob is functional. Operational condition of this item is excellent, fully tested and no issues found.

Other Notes: "When looking to extend the performance of our Silver Tellus we looked at developing a new product from the ground up. After extend testing we can now proudly present the Atlantis Tellus. The Atlantis Tellus has only one outlet and is more of a "supercharger" to the Silver Tellus rather than a stand alone ground box (Atlantis can not be used on its own). The Atlantis, with its 10mm solid silver connector, silver conductors, plates and all new mineral mixture - delivers exactly the solution required of our design brief : darker backgrounds, even quiter noise floor, leading to a more natural, airy detailed sound. The Atlantis should be placed on top of the Silver Tellus and connected with a special dedicated cable ( this is included with the Atlantis). For those using an entire Entreq cable loom the Atlantis also increases the capacity of Silver Tellus thus allowing more ground cables to be attached without loss or compromise of performance."
Shipping: Cost to ship this item within the contiguous United States is a flat rate of $85- including packaging and insurance. For all other locations including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, please request a quote prior to purchase. Items with factory packaging will be double boxed. When factory packaging not available re-usable shipping box with custom injected-foam mold will be used. (for all items over 10 lbs). Note that all items valued over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

Large, heavy or high-value items will be designated for freight shipping so that they remain upright and are secured to a pallet for the ultimate in safe transport.

Returns: Every pre-owned product we offer carries a 30-day, satisfaction-guaranteed return policy unless stated otherwise in the product description.** Additionally, every pre-owned product purchased directly at www.tmraudio.com carries a 90-day warranty. During the 30-day return period, a return or exchange can be requested for any reason. If the product is defective in some way, TMR will cover all related shipping costs. Any returns initiated outside of product defects, the customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling costs, and there will be a 5% restocking fee taken from the refunded amount. All return requests, with exception of any special orders, must be approved and a return authorization issued before return will be accepted. Special orders are final and will not be available for any return or refund. Basic troubleshooting measures require the cooperation of the customer and are expected to be carried out before a product is deemed “defective." During the 90-day warranty period, we will repair (at our expense) any products that are found to be defective. If we can not repair it, we will replace it with something comparable or issue a full refund.
