Adcom GFA-565SE

This listing is for a used ADCOM GFA-565se Bridgeable High Current Stereo Power Amplifier. The amp is used but in excellent condition and comes with the original packaging. I purchased the amp new (one owner and has very limited use). The amp was purchase new in late 2015 from J & B Distribution, an authorized Adcom dealer. Along with original box the factory manual is also included. Looks and performs like new. Please see photos for detailed condition. The amplifier is rated at 250 watts per channel, 8 ohms and 325 watts per channel, 4 ohms. If amplifier is used in a bridge mode it is rated at 700 watts, 8 ohms. The features of the amp include: Balanced and Single-Ended Inputs; Discrete metal cased bipolar output transistors; Custom toroidal transformer; 72,000uF total storage capacitance; Ultra-Stable Bias Circuitry; Direct-Coupled Input & Output Circuitry; No Current Limiting to cause signal degradation; Fuse protected DC rails; Dimensions: 7 1/4" x 17" x 14 3/16" and the units weight is approximately 51 lbs. These newer generation amp’s offer lower distortion, better dynamic range, improved damping factor along with greater stability and separation of individual instruments on the sound stage. These amp’s are monsters and an absolutely phenomenal value!
